Ranjit Pal

Prior to co-founding Samarik, Ranjit was a senior Advisory Executive with Deloitte Consulting providing business transformation services in the HR Domain. In this role, he was responsible for designing and delivering solutions for Large Enterprise customers across the globe. After a successful run in this role , Ranjit left Deloitte in 2017 to co-found Samarik.

Bhavesh Kapoor is the co-founder at Samarik who oversees Strategic Initiatives as well as Strategic Industry accounts. Bhavesh is a veteran HRIS expert and technology entrepreneur who has more than 20 years of experience in helping global organizations transform their HR functions and shared services. As he likes to quote from Walt Disney: “it’s kind of fun to do the impossible”
